The time has come for the Waldenstrom’s Macroglobulinemia Foundation of Canada (WMFC), which is embarking upon its 20th Anniversary, to develop a clear strategic plan for its future.
This strategic planning process will provide us with an opportunity to build on our strengths, identify the key strategic issues facing our organization, and develop a concrete plan to address those issues.
The Board has planned to meet for a Strategic Planning Session in January 2019. This session will be facilitated by Susan Wright, a consultant who specializes in strategy, governance and organizational development services for not-for-profit and public sector organizations. Susan also teaches a course called Non-Profit, Leadership, Strategy and Change at the University of Toronto.
To ensure the plan is responsive to your needs and to ensure the very best use of the Board’s time together in January, Susan has asked that you complete the attached survey by Friday, December 14th, 2018. Your responses are confidential, and will only be seen by Susan Wright. Click here for the link to the survey.
On behalf of the WMFC board, thank you for your time, interest and feedback.
