Hello everyone, The WMFC EASTERN ONTARIO Support Group is having a meeting via Zoom on Wednesday April 16 at 7 pm which will focus on Self Care. Our special guest is Ann Grace MacMullan, IWMF’s Wellness Program Coordinator.  We will sample a short 20-minute self-care practice incorporating gentle movement, breath exercises, and sound meditation to help boost energy, address symptoms such as peripheral neuropathy, and manage stress and anxiety.
